1. Store identification

This site is operated by the store identified in the header and footer of this page, where its name, RNC, permanent address and customer service channels are shown.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the site and the purchase of the products and services offered on it. By completing a purchase, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms and the policies linked on this page.

3. Prices and currency

Todos los precios están expresados en pesos dominicanos (RD$ / DOP).

Published prices include the applicable taxes in accordance with Dominican law, unless expressly stated on the product or service page. We reserve the right to change prices; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Purchase process

1. The customer selects the products or services and reviews the details of their order.
2. Completes their billing and contact information.
3. Checks the box accepting these terms and conditions.
4. Makes the payment in the secure environment of the authorized processor.
5. Receives the payment receipt and the order confirmation by email.

5. Invoicing

Every purchase generates the corresponding tax receipt in accordance with the provisions of the General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII). The customer is responsible for providing correct billing information at the time of purchase.

7. Customer obligations

• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.

The trademarks, content, training materials and developments available on this site are the property of the store or are used under license. Their reproduction or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

The store is responsible for the proper provision of the contracted services. It is not responsible for interruptions attributable to connectivity providers, force majeure or misuse of the platform by the customer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the National District, without prejudice to the consumer's rights before Pro Consumidor.
