1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is the store identified in the header and footer of this page, where its name, RNC and permanent address are shown.

• Identification and contact data: name, ID document, email, phone and address.
• Transaction data: order number, details of what was purchased, amount, currency and date.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, for security and service improvement purposes.

3. Purpose of processing

• Process the purchase, delivery and corresponding invoicing.
• Issue the tax receipt and comply with legal and tax obligations.
• Provide customer service and follow up on requests and claims.
• Prevent fraud and protect the security of transactions.
• Send commercial communications, only when the customer has authorized it.

4. Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on the performance of the sales contract, compliance with legal obligations and the data subject's consent when required. Consent is expressly given by checking the terms and conditions acceptance box at checkout.

5. Who we share data with

We share only the essential data with: the payment processor and the acquiring entity, to authorize and settle the transaction; the technology infrastructure providers that host the platform under confidentiality agreements; and the competent authorities when there is a legal requirement. Data is retained while the commercial relationship exists and, thereafter, for the periods required by Dominican tax and commercial regulations. Once those periods have elapsed, it is deleted or anonymized.

The data subject may request at any time access, rectification, updating, objection to or deletion of their data, as well as revoke the consent given. The request is sent to our customer service and is answered within the following fifteen (15) business days.
